Riding the Om ॐ – A Journey of Inner Peace and Universal Sound
In 2019, I set out on another spiritual expedition. This time, I rode a path that formed the sacred Om (ॐ) symbol across India. The Om mantra is said to be the sound of the universe—a vibration that resonates in all of creation. It is not bound by one religion or belief, but is embraced across many spiritual traditions as a symbol of peace, balance, and universal consciousness.
I covered 9786 km in 25 days across 7 states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Planning the Om symbol as a route on the Indian map was a complex task. But every loop and curve of the path was deeply intentional, crafted to reflect the sacred shape.
As I rode, I embraced the meditative spirit of Om. I rode in silence often, observing the rhythm of nature, the smiles of strangers, and the quiet of remote roads. Each kilometer reminded me that peace begins within. With every engine rev and every mile conquered, I felt more connected—to myself, to the country, and to something beyond.
This wasn’t just a physical journey—it was a spiritual practice on wheels.
This spiritual symbol ride too is part of my larger mission: Hum Sab Ek Hai — We Are All One.
