Leh Ladakh 2018

Leh Ladakh 2018 – Ride to the Roof of India
In 2018, I rode to Leh Ladakh — a trip I had dreamed about for years. But this wasn’t just any ride. From the icy curves of Changla to the sky-touching heights of Khardung La, this journey pushed every limit — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
One of the most powerful moments was halting at the Vadhera Memorial, where I raised the flag for peace — part of my “Hum Sab Ek Hai” mission. Standing in silence at that altitude, surrounded by the mountains, it felt more like a prayer than a ride.
We climbed to Changla Pass (17,688 ft), where the cold hit like a wall. The army café there served us the most memorable chai and Maggi — simple things that felt like gold in that weather.
And then came Khardung La — 18,380 ft. Just standing at the top with my flag was a moment of pride. The road was brutal, but the emotion was peaceful. I didn’t ride just for adventure — I rode for unity.
Leh was more than a location. It was a calling. A message. A reminder of why I ride.
Where roads disappear, the ride begins.
