Gujarat Ride 2024
Gujarat Trails on Two Wheels
This Gujarat ride meant a lot to me. We didn’t just cover distance — we experienced places that had soul. From standing in front of the ancient Modhera Sun Temple to riding into the endless salt desert, it felt like time slowed down a little.
What made it better were the small things — stopping for chai at random stalls, chatting with locals, or just riding in silence with nothing but the sound of the engine and wind. No phone, no rush, just the road and the moment.

Rann of Kutch – Sunset Stop
Later, we hit the open stretch near the White Rann. Parked the bikes and watched the sun dip behind the endless salt desert. No crowds, no noise — just that perfect moment with the throttle cooled down and nature taking over.

Rani Ki Vav - Patan, Gujarat
Had to stop here. This place is unreal. The carvings are so detailed, you can just stare at them forever. Walking down the steps, it honestly felt like entering another world. Hard to believe something this beautiful was built so long ago — and it’s still standing. You can feel the history here. Glad I got to see it in person.

Sakkarbaug Zoological Garden
I also explored the Sakkarbaug Zoological Garden in Junagadh, and it was nothing short of mesmerizing. Home to majestic white tigers and the graceful white peacocks, the zoo offered a rare glimpse into the wild’s most captivating creatures. Strolling through its lush enclosures, I felt a mix of awe and admiration for the zoo’s efforts in wildlife conservation—especially its legacy in protecting Asiatic lions. It’s a must-visit for nature lovers and curious wanderers alike.
