BOBMC Rider Mania 2006

BOBMC Rider Mania -
The Brotherhood of Bulleteers Motorcycling Consortium (BOBMC) is a collective of Royal Enfield motorcycle clubs from across India and beyond. Founded on the shared spirit of brotherhood, adventure, and the love for the thump of a Bullet, BOBMC brings together riders from all walks of life. Every year, member clubs host Rider Mania, a mega meet-up that rotates locations, where bikers gather to celebrate rides, stories, friendships, and the essence of motorcycling.
Rider Mania 2006 – Rider Mania 2006 was hosted by the Madras Bulls and held right by the sea at Casuarina Bay Beach Resort in Chennai. Around 400 of us turned up — back when RM still felt like a tight-knit circle.
It had that coastal charm. Bikes lined up near the sand, salty breeze in the air, and the sound of waves mixing with the thump of Enfields. Days were spent riding along the coast, and nights meant music, conversations, and shared laughter under open skies.
There was no rush, no big stage — just the raw energy of passionate riders who’d ridden in from across the country. People camped out, swapped stories, fixed bikes with borrowed tools, and made friendships that stuck.
What stood out wasn’t the scale — it was the simplicity. It was real. A beach, a bunch of riders, and that familiar thump — that’s all we needed. That’s what made RM 2006 memorable.
